Instructions to exercise the right of withdrawal<\/h1>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason if you have not used the service at all.
\nIf when contracting the service, the user uses it, he will automatically lose the right of withdrawal and will not have the right to a refund.
\nThe withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day the contract was signed.<\/p>\n

\nTo comply with the w ithdrawal period, it is suffic ient that you send y our communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.<\/p>\n

Effects of withdrawal <\/strong><\/p>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day we are
\ninformed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such a refund.
